What is interesting about this photo is that I took it with my Canon digital camera and then edited it on my iPhone 3GS.  The application I used is called, “TiltShiftGenerator“, and is a free app which can be downloaded via the iTunes Store.  Click Here to Download.

I thought I’d add a Macro Monday for the week since I have not posted much lately.   I was playing with the camera on my phone to view the different focus settings, and I think this turned out well for a cellphone camera.  I resized this image, however if you click on the above photo it will open full res.

The sun came out just long enough today for me to get a good photo for the site. Sorry about skipping “Macro Monday” last week. The weather was horrible, and I didn’t have any good ideas for an indoor photo.

Last week I posted a flower bud, and this week I took photos of two of the same type of flower. One of them is almost fully in bloom, and the other is “Complete.”

The latest photo for Macro Monday…

Wow, what difference a year makes. I posted a photo almost a year ago of the same flower. It was the day I bought the lens.

I am happy to see, and can honestly say that I think my photos have improved over the last year. Does anyone else notice an improvement? If not that’s ok, but if you do then great!

I am really enjoying posting these every week. I don’t plan on stopping any time soon. I also posted a handful of other photos today over at Flickr. Please check them out.

I try to post photos primarily on “Macro Monday” but I left work a bit early today and had some time to screw around with my camera.

It’s a beautiful day here, over 80 degrees, but it was very hazy in the city when I was out and took this photo.

I’m really happy with how it turned out. This panoramic is comprised of 5 photos. They overlapped a lot, and that resulted in little to no noticeable “stitched” areas which is what I was hoping for.
