A Site Update

As you can see, the color of the blog has changed. I got bored with the green/tan color that was here for a while so I decided to change it. If you were on the site this morning you probably saw me messing around with the CSS and images. These colors are much easier on the eyes. I’m sure I will be tweaking it slightly over the next few days so please don’t worry if something is totally screwed up for a few minutes on your next visit. lol

As for blog posts, more will be coming soon! I didn’t forget about the site.

AKKStudios – Recently Launched

Last week, a new site by Kat (AsKatKnits) was launched called AsKatKnits Studios. The site is a showcase of her hand dyed yarns and will soon contain knitting tips and other information regarding knitting.

We worked hard to get the new blog up and running fairly quickly. When visiting the site, please notice that the items listed there are all available and ready to be sold.

I think the site turned out great, and I urge you all to take a look. I wish the best of luck to Kat in selling her fine products.

After having a short beta release, my Neowin Dashboard Widget is complete enough to be released on a larger scale so here it is.

There are 2 known bugs/issues:
1. If you click another feed before the “Loading” message goes away it will never stop saying Loading. You will have to close the widget and open it again to make it go away.
2. The Forum feed is spaced apart more than the others, but that is a problem with the actual feed itself and not the widget.

Those of you who talk to me know that I am currently remaking WilliamPennAssociation.org. I didn’t make the original website, so now I am left with the task of totally recreating it from scratch.

This site is taking a very long time to do because it has a lot of content. I didn’t think it was going to take even close to the amount of time it has taken so far, and I’m not even finished yet.

Here is a full preview of the design of the front page (sized down for various reasons).
